I am Abdulrahman Adewale Adegeye, a software engineer

What were you doing before coming to Moat Academy?
Prior to joining Moat Academy, I worked as a social media marketing strategist for a TV and radio company

What exactly do you want to achieve with the software development skills?
My goal is to address global challenges through technology by creating web applications that enhance human activities.

How have things changed for you since gaining software development skills?
In the software development field, I’ve collaborated on projects and built applications that once amazed me.

What was your biggest fear before coming to Moat Academy and what do you feel about it now?

My time at Moat Academy was incredibly inspiring. Beyond software development, I engaged in leadership and career sessions

Post-training, I’ve worked with industry experts on group projects and independently contributed to active products..

Can you share your experiences with us since you graduated from Moat Academy?
I’ve held full-time positions at two companies, securing my first offer just two weeks after training. Additionally, I’ve freelanced as a backend engineer on three projects

What advice do you have for those coming into Moat Academy?
My advice to future Moat Academy students: stay focused, overcome fears, and embrace continuous learning.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Ultimately, I aspire to become a senior developer with extensive experience across a wide range of software development technologies.
